Where in Sydney would everyone like to see a cheap, good and hygenic beauty salon open up?

I am looking to open my own beauty salon that does express waxing, tinting, express facials and spray tans. I have 3 years experience in the industry but i would like to know where you all would like to see a fairly priced salon open up? five dock or burwood - where i live.
near george st or bondi or parramatta mall.. somewhere where you will get plenty of business and an area that will atract people wanting to go to a beauty salon.. good luck with it =)
