Does anyone know of any natural/home exfoliation remedies and any good skin and hair beauty tips?

I am looking for some exfoliation remedies for my very dry skin (especially my legs) because regular lotion, oil, etc. doesn't seem to be doing the trick fully. I am also looking to see if anyone knows any good tricks/ideas for hair growth and breakage. Any random beauty tips are appreciate also! :) Thanks. Does anyone know of any natural/home exfoliation remedies and any good skin and hair beauty tips?

also, i found that when i used avacado(crushed with olive oil...has to be ripe). that really helped too.

Hi! I would try this recipe for a body scrub. Be sure to test it somewhere like the back of your arm first to make sure it doesn't irritate your skin.

Brown sugar body scrub

Ingredients

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons ground oats

2 tablespoons aloe vera gel

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon olive oil

Grind the oatmeal in a food processor first, otherwise it will scratch your skin.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until it resembles a paste.

It should be applied on moist skin, the best time is after you took a shower. It will help the skin cells slough off faster.

Use circular motion and massage gently using your fingertips.

Rinse off with warm water.Follow up with a good moisturizer . Alba Botanica makes a great one! Another really important thing is to drink lots of water. Drinking more water will definitely help your dry skin heal from the inside out. Hope this helps!
Yes, I would recommend the Lemongrass Spa Body Polish. It is homemade in Colorado, and sold through consultants or online. You make preparations at home, but they have done it for you, with the best ingredients.

The body polish and our other products, including shampoo and conditioner, and facial products are made from all natural ingredients and everyone I've shared it with, loves it. They have several wonderful scents (or unscented for sensitive skin).

I am a representative with the company, so I will give you a link to my website, where you can order some directly. I know you will be pleased, and if for some reason, (you would be my first) there is a 30 day refund.

At Lemongrass Spa, we don't use any harsh chemicals; no mineral oil, petrolatum, petroleum, parabens, sodium-lauryl/laureth Sulfate (SLS), alcohol, DEA, TEA, and none of our fragrance oils contain phthalates, as well as none of our packaging materials. Even if you chose not to try our products, a quick search online, will yield a lot of reasons why you should avoid the chemicals listed above.

I encourage you to visit my website (www.ourlemongrassSpa.com/LizC ) and to try some of our products. If you enjoy the luxuries of a day spa you will love the skin treatments offered by Lemongrass.
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss as well as for healthy hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm鈥?/a>

my best remedy is using al natural cosmetics' cream , lotion, and shampoo/conditioner. they also have info on skin types lol.... its really good for my skin and hair (roses ( my friend) too) so good luck
