I would like to know how i can be more confident and show that i'm confident about myself. People tell me everyday how pretty i am, but i am naturally a very very shy person. Well if you're not confident with your body as it is, you have to change. Loads of people will suggest ways to be at peace with your body, but to be honest the only way to love your body is to change your body until it is something that you love.

People are always attracted to a smile, For shy people, it's a matter of remembering to do it.Also ,you need to remember that you are as good as anybody else. That should make you smile!
hmmm thats a tough question and i kinda feel the same way. i think the only way to do this is to look in the mirror and be happy about what you see before you leave the house.
Start off slow and gradually talk to more people. Making friends is a good way to gain confidence.
