What is the difference between freckles and beauty marks?

what is the difference? i have a bunch of tiney little dots all over me i think they might be freckles. my skin is like goldenish tan. i have counted like 30 birth marks/beauty marks/freckles in less then 5 minutes. and i know i have more.

You have freckles my dear!! Beauty Marks are NOT MOLES!!!! not even close!!
