research is your best buddy here, everything from who you will sell to %26amp; to what age group, how much your cost will be Vs profit expected ....etc etc. I suggest you look at the best areas closest to you that are affordable within your budget that will yield the best cash flow based on your demographic research you do.. city hall will have all Biz requirements for you . your bank will assist you as well in providing you their requirements to open a Biz account.
